Job Description
The EV Charger Sales Executive is a sales professional responsible for promoting and selling electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions to individuals, businesses, and organizations. This role plays a critical part in driving the adoption of electric vehicles and supporting the growth of the EV charging infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads and acquire new customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Provide product information and advice to customers
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and requests promptly and professionally
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Stay updated with industry trends competitors and market conditions
- Attend trade shows conferences and networking events to expand the company's network and reach
