Customer Support Executive (Day/Night Shift)

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada, and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Salary: Starting from 12,000 per month (Salary will be revised after 3 months, based on the performance) Working Hours: 9-hour shifts on a rotating day and night basis Languages Required: English, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada (Multi-language proficiency is mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone email or chat promptly and professionally
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate valid and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a related role
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in English Tamil Hindi and Kannada
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
  • Willingness to work in rotational day and night shifts.
